TyVnow reserves the right to use recruitment information, use the Talent video for the promotion and use of Tyvnow customers, and suspend or terminate this privilege for any reason and at any time.

Privacy and termination data: TyVnow and its associated agents reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to pursue all legal remedies, including, without limitation, the removal of their publications on this Website, the immediate termination of access codes to this Website and/or any other services provided by the company and its associated agents, due to any failure of you to these terms and conditions of use or if the company is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the website or other records; In the event of termination of service for these reasons TyVnow or its associated agents will make any refund of amounts paid for termination of service.
